Hello everyone,
I need help, someone who can purchase SN and send it to me, of course I'll pay for everything… the thing is that I am located in Algeria.

We cannot do that. Your best option would be to use the search bar to see if: (a) anyone else has had luck with an Algerian source or (b) connect with other Algerian (or maybe other north-African) users here via PM and see how they're going about it. I remember at least one person from this part of the continent saying they managed to procure SN locally, although I can't locate it right now.

If you aren't seeing the search bar top right of the page, make some more posts.
