You are driving yourself crazy. Please. Talk to a therapist or call a hotline to console you. Get another doctor to examine your blood stats. You sound like you're traumatized from that one experience.
SN is a food additive. You probably ingested less than someone eating a hotdog and it's a while ago.

I believe with the small amounts it can.

@sunny/omori , as a medical doctor, what do you think? I'm not sure I can relocate it, but I found something that said they expected that mild cases of methemoglobinemia would resolve on their own within 36 hours. This person has been to the doctor and had extensive work-up (discussed in some other threads), and nothing was found.

Okay, how about this:

"Mild cases of acquired MetHb do not usually require treatment either. A doctor will advise the person to avoid the substance that caused the problem."

Yeah I'm curious to see what a doctor would say about it , yeah I had blood tests like ten days later and they said nothing life threatening came up
