You can also take 10mg and some alcohol and die.

A lot of people have success and it is worth a try

Yes, I've been in a lot of psychologists and psychiatrists and neither the therapy and the dozens of meds I've taken worked. It's my life that is a completely unbearable.

I can relate. I took propanolol 1200 mg and valium 100 mg and just woke up disappointed
