Help Help with SN protocol please!

16:00 start fasting food
22:00 start fasting water
23:00 3x10mg Metoclopramide and wait 1hr.
While waiting - prepare two cups of 25g SN in 50ml of water
24:00 Drink SN

I'd like to use something to help reduce SI, but haven't any access to benzos but I have DHC which is an opioid. From what I've read.. opioids will slow down gastric emptying which would negatively affect the SN passing through lower intestine. However the farewell wiki actually recommends using opioids. Curious to know what people's thoughts are on using opioids for the SN method.

I'd add paracetamol to the protocol. As for antacid it has pros and cons. Cons:may prolong the time to unconciousness (Vizzy's SN bible), Pros:may help with burning sensation in stomach. Other than that, idk about opioids. I'll be taking zolam
