as for the dm problem, you dont have enough posts, "messages" is what it says below your name.
as for the ticket, if youre on a computer just click where it says "tickets" to the left. if youre on mobile it should also be found on the left in a drop down menu. im unsure how accurate this is depending on which theme youre using but i cant see it being too far off, if i am then im sure someone will update
