I have slept for maybe 30 mins, so it is possible, then I think I woke up needing to wee (I am being forced onto lithium again).
I will get blamed if I dont try the lithium, even though I have tried it before.
I do feel tired.
I am going to try and sleep again without the lorazapem, but I love lorazepam, it is just that they won't give it to me probably when they release me. Or I could have one night of sleep on promethazine, but it only works on the one off, and hten it won't work again. I know as well that I will keep waking up to wee

So, I folded, 30 mins into a rubbish YouTube video.
Promethethezine tonight. It has only worked once in my life, then it doesn't work again. That's my brain. So I said to the nurse, if it doesn't work, can I take the lithium. Her response was, just concentrate and it will work (since when does concentration work for sleep?). Then I asked again, and her response was 'whatever'.
Literally. My torture. Her 'Whatever'.
I know the night shift ain't the best, but what a bitch.
