Help me decide to commit suicide. I can't for years though my life is hell and I'm tired of it.

Reasons: I am transgender with bipolar disorder, living in a homophobic country. I have been suffering from chronic depression for many years. I don't have any prospects for getting settled in life. Suicide is the only thing that will help end the suffering, but I can't decide, even considering that my life is unbearable because I'm a coward

But I relate to a lot of your post--I'm trans, have bipolar II, been dealing with depression and suicide attempts for nearly 20 years. Being on disability, I have no hope to get an education or a job, I'll be stuck in poverty until I die.

i think you shouldnt think it like this, its not about how you feel now is about time. let me send you this lecture it helped me a lot going forward, please take your time watch it and whit calm make your choise there is no need to rush and we all will always be here for you whatever your choise is.

Nobody can help you decide making the biggest decision of your life. Ultimately, only you can decide.

No, I'm not. I also don't want anyone to be responsible for me, to have problems. It's more like a cry of the soul. And I'm not a new member. I have been registered on this site for 3 years, but for some reason I can't log in to the last account, so I created a new one. I really don't want anyone to have problems, but I can't formulate what I feel in any other way

The problem is mainly that I can't decide on hanging, and other methods (shooting, phenobarbital) are not available in my country

Sometimes people can be so focused on the bad things in life that they can't see the good.
Are all of your reasons to contemplate suicide connected or do they all, combined, feel impossible to overcome?

People can live different lives without ever settling down and be happy with that lifestyle.
What is settling to you?

I think it is a good idea to discuss your question with someone you love or with a therapist. A good therapist may be able to discuss the subject in depth and help you find your path in life.

Life can be so difficult for some while others seem to just skate thru. I will never understand this cruel universe and the reason behind all of this senseless suffering. I just want peace. That's the only think I ask for.

I watched some of this. TBH,its quite boring. This is not a popular lecture,its part of a Yale course,so it can get dense. But enjoy it anyway. Just know it's some deep shit! Oops,sorry!

I am suffering too. I have BPD and its ruining my life.
