Since lots of people get ear ringing
when practicing hanging or tourniquet, is it possible to get permanent hearing damage? How is the ringing explained physiologically?
I thought about this method too. It seems like a method would be easy. But i really fear the probable damage that can be caused. For me this is no method anymore too dangerous to get permanent damage. I think survival instinct to big at least for me.
