I'm trying to order SN from BioBasic. First I used my home address, which didn't work, then I tried a PO box, which worked at first but then I recieved this email:

I apologize. I've been notified by our production team that we need more information on your affiliated cooperation and shipping address. We need more information than just the PO box. Thanks!

Fuck.

I knew ordering it in Canada would not be easy. Does anyone have any ideas?
