• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

What has helped you guys feel even a little bit better? I need to be better for my husband and kid but can't get my footing. I slept all day today instead of work....

Thanks sincerely to the two who replied medication. Wondering if there is anything behavioural specifically? Just because I can't get my hands on meds quickly.

For me what helps is my medication. I'm currently taking antidepressants and sometimes benzos, and the antidepressants have helped me a lot. Without them I certainly wouldn't even be able to leave the house to go to work.

Modafinil can be helpful if you can get it - you can get it online in the UK. It's good for motivation and fatigue. Check your contraindications.

I agree - medication can help.

Would you feel comfortable sharing your medication? I've tried SSRIs and I'm not sure I've found them helpful...

Of course. I'm taking sertraline (antidepressant) and cloxam (benzo). And I do very well with both, with no side effects.
