For psh, I'd get this feeling like my head was about to explode, turns out it's because I didn't target the carotids right. I tried again, same thing over and over. I know where my carotids are. I can place my fingers on them, somehow the rope doesn't target it well.

Yep also my issue is I only have a iphone cable but people ctb before with chargers so I'm making it work.

If I want to end my suffering, I need to figure how to force this cable Into a certain noose tie forgot the name but with little research I'll find it again.

Also couldn't find the carotids as well, I guess practice makes perfect in this case.

With partial I can't seem to compress the arteries right. Passing out felt like it'd take hours, if at all, but swallowing was hard and breathing wasn't comfortable. There's intense gagging when the knot's at the back of my head, pushing against my tongue with full force. It's absolutely pointless to place the knot at the side, though.

i failed FSH because i did it impulsively. anchor point wasn't strong enough and it snapped. i managed to pass out, so maybe if i was a little more underweight i wouldve succeeded

This seems a common issue

That sucks, can I ask did you use a rope? What knots? What was your anchor point?

Did you experience pain?

PSH failure due to survival instinct kicking in. It's a far more difficult method than most people make it out to be. No physical damage as a result but has left me far, far worse off mental health wise than before.

no, i used a thin dog leash.

i did a slip knot.

my anchor point was a wooden thingy that was wall mounted and extremely old and brittle; i knew i would most likely fail but i still attempted.

its mostly a blur now but i experienced moreso an uncomfortable chest, head and neck feeling rather than full on pain. that was only once i got over how the pressure of the dog leash felt though, i was desensitizing myself to it the week prior with PSH

So many having trouble with this, and same issues of not hitting the carotid artery. Is this even possible? It is, others have achieved it. But far out.

After months of trial and error I was actually able to compress carotids during my last partial attempt, but I regained consciousness at some point, panicked and undid the knot... it's definitely possible.

Wow, this makes me want to keep experimenting! If you don't mind, where did you place the rope? What position were you in this time? Did you do anything different on your last attempt that made it work? Thank you.

I placed the rope on my neck as far up as it would go. I tied the other end on one of those metal rods in my closet and crouched down. Oh and, I also put rolled up socks on either side of my neck to compress the carotid sinus. I think the addition of socks proved to be quite helpful. Another thing I observed that it's better to put a lot of pressure all at once instead of slowly increasing it. I wish you luck with your experiments <3
