looking for a bit of advice regarding mental health, i think it's impossible for me to be happy anymore. i have a girlfriend, money, friends and family who love me, video games, painting, all the things i care about and yet i feel nothing. will i ever be happy again?

It's a good question but idk.
I feel the same. For other people my life looks great - but I lost all my happieness. Many things mean nothing to me anymore.
I've never used drug before. But since a few month I can only feel something when I uses them - it makes me sad....
Sounds like you may have Anhedonia like I have - a severe symptom were you're unable to experience pleasure or enjoy anything. We severely lack those "feel good chemicals" flowing those are synapses.
For some people it's temporar or goes in cycles. For others it can last a lifetime.
Exactly. Sounds like anhedonia which i'm pretty sure is what I have. For me i feel like its another step beyond, i really don't feel any emotions at all other than anxiety and a negative flat feeling.
