have a question about the exit bag with 15Lpm, what if my meter only show psi 0-1000?

what if my meter only show psi 0-1000? did i broguht the wrong regulator? where is the 'Lpm?

i have another question, normally the regulator just show either , psi, kgf/cm2 ,SCFH, PSIG, what are all these mean and 'Lpm' are no where to be found??
