Happy things make me cry so much

Every time I cross on hopecore videos it's just makes me cry soo much, like not of sadness or anything, it kind makes me feel good but at the same time my pure reaction is bawling my eyes that's crazy

Did y'all experience something like this?

It's hard to explain... It makes me remember not everything is so sad and doomed (notable contrast with this forum but not many people are here for the most hopeful news), I think I'm really emotional (and with my struggling mental health) seeing clips of people so loving and positive gets me really in my emotions. It's comforting, now that I think about it I can equate to like getting wrapped in a warm blanket and someone saying everything is going to be alright. It gets too much for me though so I can't watch much of it (I stop watching before I feel like I'm about to cry.) it's a similar type of feeling of thinking about a cat I essentially fostered to me.
