I guess that i am on the decline of antidepressant withdrawal and wish i could forget that i even exsisted today.staying in bed , cant cope with life atm.

I dont know what is the matter with me today.i have mentally hit a wall of defeat!
I cant even be bothered 2 get up & go 2 the toliet!

As a veteran of anti-depressant withdrawal (Effexor), I can say it was absolute terror waiting for my brain to rewire itself. It took almost 6 weeks before all of the side-effects dissipated. You wonder if you'll ever come out of it, but you CAN. One thing that helped me was watching all of the YouTube videos of people going through the same thing. That validation that what you're going through is "normal" made me feel less alone, which is certainly what I felt like going through it. Good luck to you.
