I have never attempted hanging personally, to me it sounds like a difficult method and I really wish that it's easier. I do envy those with the courage though. I hope that in whatever happens, you find relief from your suffering. Best wishes.

I hope all goes as you would like it to. It's your decision alone. May I ask why no noose? Not that your knot can't work. It can. As long as it slips smoothly, and the rope is strong enough, and whatever you fasten it to is strong enough, and you're not found too soon, shouldn't be a problem. May peace be yours.
