I succeeded the first time. But my parents found me and took me to the hospital. So I guess it's fairly easy if you "Hit the spot". Also, it is completely painless. I'm 100 % sure.

I never lost consciousness no matter how hard I tried, and I felt like my head was going to explode

Can you test the bar first? like doing pullup to see if it holds your weight for +30 minutes
