I have such a low bar to do do full suspension from I'm afraid I'll fail but there will be no way to get out of the rope will I just hang there and strangle to death or what? My toes barely touch floor but I'm afraid to try. Will it turn into a partial suspension? I am afraid of partial suspension. I'm not afraid of dying just failing. Help please
