I put the noose around my neck and I lean into it, immediately feeling the pressure build in my head, and it's scary. I back out within seconds before even getting lightheaded, because I don't need to test it. I already know it'll work.

I've made a death machine in my home with just a rope, and it scares me. I don't know if I can commit to this.

If hanging is that scary to you, give yourself more time to think this through, maybe find some other method.

I'm pretty set on the method. I can't think of a better one. It's the reluctance I feel to die, even though I have nothing to live for.

I tried hanging several times now, and the fear was intense, had a panic attack for like 30 minutes after my first attempt with it..
If it's scaring you, you should really reconsider it.. Maybe just spend awhile thinking it over..

How did you fail so many times? Were you doing it in a half-hearted way?

Yes it's very scary, when I tried full suspension hanging and I was putting the noose around my neck. I just knew that I couldn't do it. I don't understand that other people can do it, it's the scariest thing in the world to me. When I had that noose around my neck, I took it off quickly because I was even scared that I'd accidentally kick the chair. I tried also partial hanging, it's much less scary but I don't know how to kill myself with it.

hanging is rough on the mind, being able to back out at any time lets all kinds of thoughts enter into your head

Hanging is for some reason soo scary to me. Scarier than all other methods. The only thing I find scarier than Hanging is Drowning (and a few non-methods like stabbing)

If you feel reluctance, listen to that feeling. It's there for a reason. Sending hugs. 🤗

this feeling was what led me to stop and back away from this whole thing in general.
I wouldn't know if I had still been depressed would've had the same opinion but.

when I tried sn for just so little dosage. felt the blood thicken inside me. my body whiten. my body turning into a ghost.

it scared me. so so much. I couldn't help but to tell my family and go to hospital
