Had enough

I'm in lots of physical pain and mental pain and I've had enough of it all.

I can't decide between jumping, charcoal or od.

I've done with the asking for help from services

If you can deal with heights okay, jumping would probably be easiest. Simply drive to a bridge, parking garage, etc. and jump. It's difficult to OD and you run the risk of damaging your organs and surviving. I've thought about charcoal but, my luck, I'll burn the place down and survive.

Yeah I survived jumping but I found out after there was cctv and I basically landed wrong

Between CO and OD, CO is hands-down the most reliable imo.

Check out the CO megathread and use the search function for charcoal, there was also a recent thread with photos of CO ctbs in cars. If it were me personally, I would burn charcoal in the disposable BBQ and bring it in the car after it had cooled, but you really need to do the the research first, don't just take my word for it.

And just to note, I am not encouraging you to ctb, only answering your questions about ctb. It is your choice whether or not to ctb, and if you decide to do so, you can always change your mind. It is your responsibility to research all methods. There are megathreads and other resources on the Resources Compilation sticky thread, as well as the site search function. The more you get to know the methods, the better questions you will able to ask, as well as make the most informed decisions possible.

Oh I know nobody would want me to ctb or encourage it and I have 'capacity' it's all my choice
