I thought about CTB by multiple grenades tied to my head. I read up on it and it's too hard to obtain. They did mention that a lot of biker gangs have them.

I remember a video on Documenting Reality with a guy standing next to a lake with police aiming guns at him and he pulled the pin from a grenade shot himself in the head and when he fell to the ground the grenade exploded and his corpse ended up in the lake I would say that is a pretty sure way to go.
