Option 1 - ctb.
Option 2 - don't ctb, get the support that you need, heal yourself and hold those who did this to you accountable for their actions.
My preference would be that you chose option # 2.
Of course, it's easier said than done. I wish you well and again I'm so sorry this happened to you.

its a disgusting act and something terrible to go through and it sucks you were pulled back into this wave of pain and suffering because of something beyond your control.
speaking about it is really really hard and it takes a tremendous amount of strength to want to even open up about something that you just have no words for.
i hope your able to find the strength in confronting the individual who did this and standing up to find some sort of justice, have your voice and story heard, and prevent individuals like this person from getting away with these terrible things.
