• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Its from P. I don't want to open it yet but when I shake the bottle I can see the loose powder but also hear a rattling sound like there might be small hard clumps. Is this fine? I'm going to hide the bottle but wondering if I should remove the label too just in case.

small hard clumps are ok - it's just the crystals. they'll dissolve in water.

I think it's fine. The clumps happen because no anti-caking agents were added. Salt clumps naturally, too.

As for reasons to return, just say accidentally ordered too much or it wasn't what you thought. Returns happen all the time. I'd say purchases are much more suspicious.
