The trick with these is to put one in your cheek to speed absorption far beyond the transdermal way they're meant to be taken and take a couple xanax to ensure respiratory depression.
On reddits /r/opiates there's a ton of people who've cheeked a fentanyl patch and OD'd by accident, they only wake up when they get Narcan'd by EMS.
Add in the benzo for added effect and make sure you won't be found and this is as foolproof as N in my personal opinion.
