I will be attempting soon, via 14g phenobarbital + ?g morphine (still to order). My back up is SN, but I think the barb will work. I will probably book a hotel to make sure I have plenty of time before being found. I feel sad but relieved, my ptsd and current situation makes me literally bang my head against a wall and cry every day. looking forward to relief. I appreciate this forum alot, loving you all xx
I will try and make a goodbye post on the day, and report until I lose consciousness
also forgot to say I will be taking meto just as in SN protocol for the phenobarb, for those that might be also using this method

thank you, I will - should be successful as from the research Ive done on this site and reading case studies, the only reason you would survive is being found early, or the pheno being fake, which mine is not

Lil update, I have upped my dose to 18gm Phenobarbital to be safe. I will take meto and odansteron for nausea before, some xanax to stay calm and sleepy, then I will crush the pheno and mix with water - I've read its not water soluble but I suppose its a suspension then and will rinse out the bottom to make sure I get all of it. I will also fast for 8 hours before.
I also want to add I've done alot of research into case studies of attempts, successful and not with pheno. It seems it only doesnt work when your found too early, the dose isnt high enough, and also if someone already had a tolerance for it (using for epilepsy etc).
Margaux Hemingway died this way, it says she took about twice the lethal dose (6-10gm is considered lethal, so she probably took 12-20 grams). She was alone for many days so wasnt found. Every study I've read where they succeeded they took many boxes, and were alone for at least a 2 days. I am making sure I will be alone for 3 days to make sure I'm not found early.

hey, could you link me those studies? i'd like to read more about it. as you may know, i have phenobarbital but i may not have enough time (less than a day before being discovered for sure). did they take pheno with something else or just pheno? that's why i'm still considering if i go with pheno method or not.

hey, putting my time off my a week - if u just google it they will come up - some just pheno and some combos...i definetly wouldnt do it with only 1 day...i am making sure i have at least 3 days...ive seen people who it took 2 days roughly but yea i rlly wouldnt risk doing it in the time fram u stated, highly likely to end up in hospital and it can do alot of damage to ur body.
