Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've decided that I'll be CTB by the soon or by the new year. I can't handle living with depression, anxiety, paranoia, and bipolar. It's causing my marriage to suffer and I can't stand to see the pain in my wifes eyes. I feel that I will be at peace and suffer no more.

I can directly relate to your struggles with Bipolar Disorder. BP is the main reason for my CTB planning.

BP has tended to be very destructive in my case, resulting in damaged career, relationships, and has also lead to legal troubles.

I have been working with a doctor and therapist, but I don't feel as though I am getting much better. With time the illness can progress such that episodes are more frequent and severe.

I have realized that my jobs were a significant contributor to each episode, so I have been pondering different career opportunities with my last hope of piecing things back together.

Have you had any positive outcomes from medication or therapy? How about a career change?

No I haven't had any luck with medication or therapy. My career is hard to get out of because I have a contract.

I wish you the best with your plans. I hope you find the peace you are looking for. It really is awful when things are hopeless.

It really is. I feel like no matter what I do I can't do anything right.
