Giving most money away to animal charity?

Hi everyone,

What are you thoughts about giving most if not almost all finances away to animal charity?

I want to leave exactly enough for my funeral which I want to be extremely small and I wouldn't even care if it's some unmarked grave in the wilderness. But prob illegal in my country..

My family I feel will be pissed off. But I feel they don't deserve it. They highly likely waste it on cars, motorcycles and other luxury items probably. I'm a minimalist at heart so I don't care about any of that. Animals are in my heart pure and deserve that's what's left on the table

I think it's your money and you should do with it as you please. If you love animals then why not leave the money to a charity?

It's true I made that money by working. It's just makes me feel kind of an ***hole to leave them nothing although I know they will spent it probably on stuff they don't really need.. Maybe I just have to state very clearly in my last will and term where I want my money to go to?

Oh yeah totally you need a will to make it legal. If you have enough money, you would want to work with an estate lawyer.
