Giving it one more shot

I was at a low low point and planning to ctb , this time planning to finally purchase SN but my partner finally popped the question and it's changed everything.
I now have to keep myself afloat again so that they don't fall with me . I always have the option in the future to ctb but for now I'll do my best to give this new chapter a shot .
I'll still be on here to help people out and give advice as a medical professional.
