• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

There's a recent post where CTB with SN failed. I don't know why and you can follow that thread.

However, I want to get consensus to ensure my regiment below are correct and I will CTB successfully:

Pre-requisite:
Have SN from DD. Tested as follow:
- Using kitchen weight, measure exactly 25g of SN
- Using a cup measurement, put the SN and mix with 50ml of water
- Stir the mix and made sure there's no crystal at the bottom of the glass. See picture on how it looks like.

1. SN Source: from DD (NOT IC)

2. Me:

- 140 lbs / 63.5 Kg
- Drink alcohol everyday (e.g. 1 bottle of wine or 1/4 bottle of whiskey) for the last few years
- Smoke everyday (half to 1 pack a day)
- Healthy (so far)

3. Meds (aside from SN):
- Ibuprofen
- Motilium (Domperidone)
- Tagament

3. Plan - stat mode per Stan's guide:
- 12 hours before SN: light meal - hotdog with bun, salsa, onion, jalapeno and nacho cheese. I like hotdog..... NO more eating food beyond this.
- 1 hour before SN: 600mg (3 pill @ 200mg each) of Ibuprofen.
- 45 minutes before SN: 30 mg (3 pill @ 10mg each) of Motilium
- 30 minutes before SN: 2 pills of Tagamet
- 10 minutes before SN: prepare 2 dose of SN --> 2 cups EACH containing 25g with 50ml water in case I vomit.
- final hour: drink SN and then eat dark chocolate to alleviate the salty/bitter after taste

Please..please let me know if I missed anything.

I have to be successful.

If I failed, things will get worse for me. I will lose my job, forced commit to a mental hospital, become homeless and my pets taken away from me.

Domperidone May not be as helpful as meto - otherwise all things look ok!

There's no shame in turning back, but that said, hope you are at peace with your decision.

Thank you.

May I ask why Motilium is not as helpful as meto? I read that Motilium is a dopamine blocker (including from Stan's guide) and works well.

That's what I heard, but personally I will be using meto.
