Given a member my mobile number

So a member gave me their number. I gave them mine a month ago. Were texting because she started texting. She then keeps asking for a person called hope. When she's offered help and advice and even a place to stay because she's allegedly homeless she declines. That's fine. I asked her if she rang the housing hotline, ambulance or I can do it for her, declines despite telling me she's been beaten. Then proceeds to go on about this hope member. I've ended thr conversation as I believe it's a cry for attention because she wants this hope person to talk to her. Like manipulating hope to talk to her.
