1,4 butendiol is a liquid which is converted to GHB when you drink it. It's legal in some parts of the world and also in some states, however I dont know what those states are, I know Chicago declared 1,4bdo not an illegal substance but that was in 2005. 1,4 BDO is illegal in Minneapolis, as seen here https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F3/312/926/608696/, and New York, as seen here https://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=13457043198797192346&q=363+F.3d+118&hl=en&as_sdt=6,39.Similar threads
