hello everyone, my ctb date I'm not 100% but 99% sure about - next week saturday night - is approaching. I'm really worried about freaking out during that friday. I have read various times that you're not supposed to drink alcohol before taking SN for several reasons but I haven't found anything about the day before. I have meto and plan to start taking it friday morning. is it a bad idea to get drunk during friday to just get through the day without spending it sleeping the whole day? or is it okay if I stop drinking friday early evening with my last meal?
