Im just planning rn. And have just a few things to do adress before that.
I decidet on GBL to CTB

I just dont really know how to take it. I want to mix it with alcohol, i guess i just dont know a good ratio for that.

1,4 doesn't seem like a reliable method from this post. They took 60ml and still ended up surviving. Possible they would have died if they weren't found though. You can ask questions about it in the thread but be respectful. He's trying to recover and move on from the negative thoughts.
