Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Gaviscon can be bought anywhere OTC. Gaviscon Contains sodium alginate and it forms a raft on the top of your stomach preventing acid reflux, gaviscon Is usually used at 1-2 tablespoons but if one was to use 9-10 tablespoons I think it would be as effective as 30mg of meto. i don't have meto so can I use this as an alternative.

No. It will do nothing for vomiting and may slow down GI emptying and absorption. Meto is not required, and this would be worse than taking nothing.

Gaviscon is absolutely not recommended. Try to get Motilium as an alternative for meto.
