Hello all

Can anyone relate to depression feeling worse come there birthdays... another year of failure misery a life I never wanted a life I'm stuck with with depression getting worse the more I age...

So I considered jumping into a waterfall but that plans out now because my car is going to garage b4 that and I live with family.

Does anyone know I have a large amount of Gabapentin, pregablin, benzos - tempezepam and Diazepam, Co codamol, Quitepine ... cam these be used together to form a lethal dose - in that it would kill me in my sleep unconscious state and I wouldn't wake up and suffer for several days before death??

Are all these medications sedative? I did consider setting up a noose around my neck for full hanging or partial - wait for the sedatives to take to unsteady me to complete the hanging process.

I would rather go out peaceful tho on a sleeping unconscious state....

Can anyone enlighten me please?

I would love to die that way but I've heard more times than none you will just wake up with more damage to your body or be found before the combo will kill you.

Sadly I don't have nearly enough to take me out,. But I'm greatful to have a few xans/ valium to Hopefully relax me enough before I bite the bullet and pull the trigger.... Who knows,. Just hope they can help when that fateful time envelopes me.

I understand and wish you the best in whatever may happen. -.

Gabapentin and Pregablin in high doses can cause severe nerve damage, and continous lifelong fasciculations, but will rarely result in death. Any nerve T.U.T. pain inhibitor can also trigger seizures. Neither Gabapentin nor Pregablin are sedatives.

In terms of the benzodiazepine class drugs, an extremely high dose can cause respiratory depression, espically with alcohol, but death is not too common. This can also be reversed with flumazenil in a hospital setting. Flumazenil is a common medication stocked in most emergency department's pharmacies.

Interingistingly enough, every medication you listed is metabolized in the liver. I feel that acute liver failure is more likely than death in this case.
