I've lost my SN post a hospital stay and now have been considering hanging as the alternative. I've been looking into full suspension hanging (not drop hanging as the bridges aren't very tall) from a bridge instead. There doesn't seem to be very much information on the topic though.
As I'm currently dependent on my parents and don't have a job or university student income/support and have used up all my savings, I can't buy a rope as it would be suspicious to my parents. Especially post my recent 3 month hospital stay which was for my suicidality. This means I would be looking at either using bedsheets or a belt or combined for the hanging. Will the bedsheets hold me for the full suspension hanging off the bridge or tear after I jump?
The knots I've chosen are the slip knot and bowline for the anchor which would be the bridges metal barrier which seems quite strong from the photos I've seen online. The bridge which I most likely will choose is only about 10-12m off the water.
I do not want to drop hang or be decapitated, just full suspension hanging. Does anyone have any tips please or anything I'm forgetting?
