• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For me, I've found that driving yourself into a corner so that you have no option but to CTB helps.

I've personally gotten past SI on attempts, some have been more impulse, some planned, but it's so damn hard. I'm the type that needs chemical help to surpass it every time so far, too, though.

I wish we could have an option of just disappearing. Ctb is difficult as we are programmed to survive yet living is horrible. I understand it is like being trapped. I see myself as only being able to exit this world once I reach a point of desperation.

I wish I could have an answer to your question. It is such a torment living like this. I am hoping I will find a way to overcome SI because I can't go on like this too much.

I found that the more I familiarize myself with my SCBA mask, regulator and cylinder it becomes easier and more comfortable.

I also think about it and imagine myself doing it many times throughout the day. Eventually I hope it becomes almost a thoughtless process just like brushing my teeth.

If you are available, I'd be interested to know how you are familiarizing yourself with this method. Are you testing it and if so how are testing? ...p.s I have ordered recently and obviously want to be comfortable with the process in advance. Thanks.
