Does anyone else experience frequent crying spells? They have been almost a daily occurrence for me for the past 6 months at least. It's already difficult for me to get out, but they do come on in public and it's extremely embarrassing. For example, just recently the sight of the Easter bunny at the mall made me burst into tears. I don't know why. It can be anything cutesy like that. Please don't call me crazy. I already know it. I am getting to the point where this constant crying is a real problem and I don't know why I do it. Seems like everything is a trigger. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
