I've seen a few threads with "francophones" in the title. So if it's just people presently in France, I can't say, but I just had an exchange en français with a Canadian recently. So again, depending on what you're looking for specifically, I think you might find some comrades.

avez-vous étudié ah Montpellier est agréable comme une ville se déplace bien là -bas
