Depends on what the seller identifies the contents as and whether or not they (the sellers) are on a customs watch list. UK Police & Customs & Excise do liase on passing info to each other re various substances, including SN. Depending on where your source is based, if they have come to the attention of Interpol then goods from them may be flagged up on import to the UK.
