Think about this. It is an antidepressant. It is most often going to get prescribed for people who have a higher suicide chance than anyone else. They would not do that if you could easily kill yourself by ingesting bottles of it.
In general, medication OD's, whether prescription or OTC, do not work. Medications go through rigorous testing to make sure that they are not harmful even in large doses.
