I have a psychiatrist appointment in an hour. Never seen a psychiatrist or a psychologist before. I don't know what to expect. I know I'm feeling depressed for almost 10 years and have regular panic attaks for 5 or 6 but I don't know how to say that. I don't wanna seem like one of those attention seeking people who say they have depression because they read that online. Any advice on how to survive the appointment and what to say?
