Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Currently standing outside my building, feels kinda shitty to vent since I'm fine and I've seen one person being carried out in a stretcher. Just annoying that shit happens when I'm already down. Also felt really weird to contact my family saying I'm safe when I'm planning to ctb in 1-2 weeks.
Fires are a real danger right now. My day drinker upstairs neighbor almost burned my bld down with his bbq. I FKD up n told my landlord, who responded by asking me if I had dogs. A drunk almost kills us, and dogs become the issue. Theres 9 ppl upstairs in that apt. Smh. Im sorry abt your bld. Remember if you see something unsafe, report it to the city ANONYMOUSLY
