Thanks for this forum,I notice what should be careful of and finally finish the setting
Was planned ctb since my beloved mother diagnosed cancer
Looked into many ways but the panic of method like hanging, jumping off building still hard for me to overcome

I'm planning to combine some antiemetic and sleeping pill(zopiclone)
dont have a solid chair suppose to lay down on bed, wish the tube could hold tight
Will do this in days hope it'll be a painless and smooth journey
And wish all of you can find peace and relief whenever you want, love y'all

Was mir gut an den Flaschen gefällt, ist der Durchmesser. Die fallen nicht so leicht um, wie die Flaschen mit schmalem Durchmesser hierzulande.

Hey I just read your original post asking about the exit bag. I'm sorry about your mother. You did so much for her and you did it with love. I don't know what's more cruel, cancer itself or a system where you have to go broke to get a loved one treatment. It makes me mad what you've had to go through, and on the back of two previous tragedies. It's deeply unfair.

The method you chose does sound like the most peaceful option if all goes right and it looks like you've done your research. If there's any hope of an alternative to ctb, anything/anyone that can help then latch on to it. If you do decide to go through with it I hope it's quick and hassle free.

Love you too stranger. I hate the cruelty of it all.

Your kind words really moved me,thank you I love u
Ya it's such a cruel world but I knew I'm a lucky one who had so much love around me,I wish y'all could either find something worthy to live or a peaceful way to leave

been study a lot about how to avoid Co2 accumulation, hope won't feel any suffocating or panic when I'm doing this, cause I planned wearing a necklace with my mothers ashes in it,if I'm twitching or struggling I worry about it will be broke

I realise where we are but I can't help but wish for you to find something worthy to live for too. But I know you have to do what's right for you, either way.

It's good that you studied how to avoid Co2 accumulation. I did a bit of reading on this method and that scared me. Ideally we could get a medical professional to help with these things but that's not the world we live in unfortunately.

Whatever you decide I wish you the best.

Hi, sorry to bud in (very new here myself), but I'm curious — I thought the whole thing of the inert gas method was there was no CO2/choking effect — bc the gas (I'm planning on using nitrogen, but from what I've read helium, nitrogen, and also argon all act identical in this case) would essentially "displace" it. Can you explain why you think a too high accumulation of co2 would even be possible if the method is done right?

Ya suppose it is,just some little tricks need to be careful about like you should squeeze all air out of the bag before you pump in inert gas n breathe out as much as you can before pull your head into the bag, both ensure no O2/Co2 wouldn't involve

Thanks again,I wish it's really painless and quick,I see ppl suggest nitrogen more but the Alabama execution case leave me concern, although someone explained how it happen I still lean toward Helium, maybe cause more cases successfully with this idk

Wish you the best and hv a peaceful journey whenever you want ❤️

Hey. Just skimmed over your plan. You seem to be in deep grief (similar to me and I'm so sorry, it is the worst!) and desperate to go but pls ensure that you do this method right. It is simple in principle but there are many little things that could go wrong if overlooked.

Have you taken a look at this mega thread?

You said a few things that make me think they could mess up your plan. Like laying in bed (I plan to as well but it's not ideal — we need to make sure our heads don't touch any pillow, so the bag won't dislodge when unconscious). Also no regulator and no flowmeter may make this trickier. How much are your tanks? If it's not enough volume they could run out before your body is fully dead (13-28 mins or so). I think you need at least 600L. But then again you can't control the flow right. But I know many books say with helium it's simpler (as long as it's pure!!).

Pls just make sure you plan all the steps and parts so you feel confident. Pls don't end up as a vegetable with brain damage. 🙏

Sending love to you. I really hope everything works as you wish.

Thanks for the advice n kindness

So if I wanna lay down I should do it without pillow? I'm sorry about the tube will slipping out of the bag if I sit, also I don't have a solid chair

Those tanks are both 22L,for 100 balloons, around 50usd (I'm in asia)I saw many ppl successfully do it on news with smaller n single tanks,so I think it's ok to flow for enough time

And one more thing,I tried to pump in some gas and it's shockingly noisy my ears hurt,I think earplugs is good idea with that

You are correct. Reading through the method again I realise I didn't have a full understanding of the mechanics. Disregard my comment.

Exit bag was useless for me. Even fast flow had no effect, felt like I was suffocating every time and had to pull the bag off

From what I've read, we should NOT lay down. My plan is to prop myself up on the bed in a sitting position. So pillows behind my back but NOT under the head or even too near it.
I've also seen some users here buy cheap recliner chairs (~$60) on Amazon! You need to tape the tube(s) inside the bag.

Yeah I think two 22L tanks should be fine. Do your tanks have a built-in regulator though? Bc if not you'd need to get an external one somehow I think. To get the gas out not too strongly. And yeah I've heard (and tested) how loud it is as well :/ will def be using earplugs.

I'm curious why shouldn't we lay down,if we sit and pass out isn't It rise the risk of falling or ruining the setting? I tried to sit on bed but I found it insecure, maybe I'm doing it wrong

Idk where to buy a regulator,I let both tube flow very gently, and the bag expand quite fast, and yes I worry about the bag would be broke instead of not enough gas flow in
Argon. I ended up trying 3 different canisters each from a different supplier and it was the same problem each time
Have u squeeze out all the air inside the bag n exhale as much as you can before u pull you head into it? If u feel suffocated it suppose still too much Co2 in it
