Apparently 3-5mg if you search this forum. Do you have a source? I really want some. I don't have a source, so need to go on darknet, but my computer skills aren't good. I'm London based

3-5mg is enough if it's pure F which you won't find so take 100mg so that you are certain it works. It might be so cut that 100mg is only 10mg.
