Fent or SN?

I have easy access to multiple Fent ampoules due to working at a hospital pharmacy. However, I dont know for sure how to inject IV meds. SN is very easy to get where I live and you just have to digest it along with benzos and metoclopramide.

What would be the best option?

I would prefer the Fent, especially if you have medical grade stuff so you know exactly how much you're getting. Wish I could get some hands on some, this is one of the methods I could actually see myself going through with it since you would feel no pain. SN isn't for me for that reason

Depends on the purity of fent. It's easy enough to look up IV guides. Ultimately it's up to your preference. From everything I know, SN has less costly side effects if you fail though.

I dont have a source, friend. The Fent ampoules I have access to are from the hospital I work at. I can easily steal some of them, the security for controlled substances are kind of a mess here.

I think Fent is more peaceful than SN and maybe even than N but Exit doesn't place it as high as N because depending on your health issues and whether you've already used it, it might not work. If you could figure out whether opioids might be problematic for you or not, you would have a definite answer. In most cases I'm guessing Fent is the best, the most peaceful.

Agreed. I died via methadone. Not only painless, but the euphoria helps. Granted nothing can prepare you, or cut the emotional pain. I have DID, so we switched at the time. Having a gatekeeper we were able to completely sever the emotional pain. I was revived however.

Is methadone easier to get than Fent? if so it's a new possibility.

Well I was proscribed it in NYC. It's a program for people addicted to opiates. Replacement therapy I think they call it. So if your an addict it's easy. If you're not it's impossible. They also have people that go to those clinics for pain management.

I've been addicted to kratom for years now. I moved from the area, and had to replace the methadone myself since I couldn't get help out here. I have about 24 mg of sub I hold in case I ever can't get kratom. When, and if I go back to NYC idk how hard it will be to get back into the program.

fent is much easier than SN in my opinion if you have low to no opioid tolorence. you just make sure you don't eat for hours before since opioid overdoses tend to make a lot of noise if you eat

because you throw up the shit and start choking on your own vomit which can be a problem if you got people living with you

the fent overdose is peaceful and most likely euphoric. i've overdosed on much weaker opioids and it's the same thing, you either teleport in a hospital or you just pass away.

also just a hunch but if you go the opioid overdose route you should cover your mouth with something because i think overdoses have a death rattle where you make strange noises as your body tries to fight the fent i guess and lose the battle.

I've overdosed many times accidently. With IV administration they can be lightening quick. It's not uncommon for a body to be found with the needle still in the arm. I ODed once felt it coming to fast picked up my phone to call for help, and woke up 12 hours later. The phone I had dropped on the floor, and I had fallen back onto my bed. I think that's why IV is usually recommended. The methadone was a liquid. I had to wait a bit for stomach absorption. Also if your body isn't used to opiates there is some pretty serious nasua involved. Vomiting is almost a given. Even a veteran user can experience some nausea with some good product , though not usually.

Hello, I've taken and overdosed many drugs over my years alive. Including Fentanyl. I felt nothing but typical opioid/opiates euphoria, it was like I was asleep when I came back personally (ignoring that I felt bodily like shit after of course).

Both are very reliable when done right and without any fight against their effects put up.

However SN isn't intoxicating the way drugs like Fentanyl are, so I suppose the question (and choice) would be if you want to be aware of you actively passing. The effects people sometimes report while live updating their ctb using SN included. The SN option shouldn't be an issue if you are certain you won't suddenly have survival instincts kick in and are alright with "leaving", I'll just say.

People already die of street Fent very often unintentionally, and quickly at that. Every second counts when trying to help someone that has overdosed of it fatally (!!!!). I'm sure one can imagine how quick it'd go with the more professional Fentanyl source you've mentioned.

Edit...... I saw someone else in this thread mention this and I feel the need to emphasize that I agree with this – if you've never taken anything like Fentanyl before, have no prior tolerance at all, you'll be out fast.

I have never tried fent or actually any drugs. Do you think I can take it rectally/per recrum? I would like to aviod vomitting. Also if you take it rectally there is no way of retrieving you?
