Venting Feeling worse in summer

I hate summer. I don't have any college work to distract me, I'm unemployed and it's too hot 90% of the time (which will just worsen with the years, yay global warming)

I'm depressed all year round, obviously, but it's always worse around this time. I don't know how I'll get through this. I want to die so bad it's all I think about. It's never been this bad.

I'm thinking of just taking a bunch of random shit but I know it won't work. Sigh. I don't even have enough energy to properly vent.

same here, it gets so lonely. at least with school theres a routine to keep you distracted. summer is just a bunch of time to think about ctb

Same. I hate hot weather. It makes my symptoms worse. And I compare myself with people who can do normal things. Next week I'll start my Athanasios process if I have the energy (I'm so fucking tired since this terrible heatwave here in Europe).

I hate how hot and buggy it is outside. I like the autumn more because I can wear sweatshirts (I just like wearing sweatshirts for some reason idk) and it's too cold for the bugs to be out. I went outside the other day just to see if it could be pleasant and within half a minute I had two deerflies buzzing me. I really don't know how people stand it.

I'm in a country with legal euthanasia too (Benelux) but I'm not sure about it since the process is so long and complicated for psychiatric issues like mine. I hope it goes well for you <3

Those damn bugs! I wake up covered in mosquito bites. And when I go outside, the sun is too bright and hot to enjoy.

Yes it's bad I like to go on bike rides all the year through and in summer it's extra bad because of all the shiny happy ppl outside. The hot weather and bugs also don't help for some reason they fly into my eyes and ears a lot but other ppl don't seem bothered idk what gives lol plz just give september
