Feeling suicidal again.

It's just I've set my abuser up for calls they haven't made to me. Got someone to call me of a private number repeatedly. Reported it to the police said the calls were from my abuser and that I was threatened. The police now have the abusers phone. They won't find anything. I've said they've got another phone. Just worried they'll check with the phone provider and track the anonymous calls and link them back to me. That will put me in a position where not only will I not be believed in future but my abuser will get worse and have a ready excuse for the police if I ever report genuine harassment in the future. The person has been convicted and admitted to harassing me before. So I was doing this to protect me from my abuser. Trying to get a protection order against my abuser. I didn't do it for any other reason. My abuser is hell bent in trying to be in my life. I felt backed into a corner so fought back. I just went about things in the wrong way. The other phone was topped up with my bank card. So if they go to the mobile provider and request logs and the real number they'll then see who it's registered to and what if it was topped up with a bank card. I don't know what to do. I feel its a matter of time before the police come knocking at my door to arrest me. I'm in the UK East Midlands.

Thry haven't got my phone. They've got my abusers phone.

I don't know what I'm waiting for. I guess I'm looking for that reassurance that my beliefs in Home (Heaven) are true, and that I won't be put in some hell-scape nightmare while I'm unconscious. I'm tired of life taking a dump on me.
