Feeling so impulsive to CTB tonight.... but

I've already eaten so much food today.
Le sigh.
I literally can't stop crying right now. I hate myself & my life so fucking much.
If I had anti emetics & didn't eat today, I deff 1000% would use my SN tonight.
I really hope my anti emetics come in the mail soon because IDK how much longer I can take of this shitty life.
I'm thinking of possibly just taking the SN either tomorrow or on Tuesday without the anti emetics & try my hardest to keep it down, even though I do have a weak stomach.. but i've read that people end up throwing up even when they have taken an anti emetic so..

The thing is if you throw it all up and cant hold enough down its hospital time. Maybe psych ward after. Just saying. If your antiemetics might come soon it could be better to try and hold on for a bit.

Nah, I puked out SN after about 5 minutes because I didn't take enough anti-emetics and I was absolutely fine. No complications after.
