Feeling really hopeless, i am happy I have SS because it reminds me that there's always that way too

SS reminds me that there is/and will always be: Death.

Just knowing this makes me calmer. Thinking about it most of the time Is how I go through my life.

It does comfort me, knowing that no matter what there is a way out of this life, even if it is difficult to ctb. I can take control and end all the suffering. The only thing I want is to be free from this world.

And you're absolutely right. There's always at least one solid way out of this life, though I wish there were more options.

Definitely! I have N too so it gives me somewhat of a sense of peace, even though I really don't want to have to do it. I just want to overcome my mental illness. But on days like this when I feel like there's no hope, it gives me comfort that I have N.
